പാലക്കാട് സ്റ്റേഡിയം സ്റ്റാൻ്റിൽ സ്വകാര്യ ബസ് ജീവനക്കാരന് കുത്തേറ്റു. പാലക്കാട് മണ്ണാർക്കാട് റൂട്ടിലെ റസാരിയോ ബസിലെ ജീവനക്കാരൻ സന്തോഷിനാണ് കുത്തേറ്റത്. ഗുരുതര പരിക്കേറ്റ സന്തോഷിനെ പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലാ ആശുപത്രിയിലെ പ്രാഥമിക ചികിത്സക്ക് ശേഷം പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി.

മണ്ണാർക്കാട് കുന്തിപ്പുഴ സ്വദേശിയും ബസ്സിലെ മുൻജീവനക്കാരനുമായ ഷാനിഫിനെ പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്തു. മുൻ വൈരാഗ്യമാണ് ആക്രമണത്തിന് കാരണമെന്ന് പോലീസിന്റെ പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം.
